{Xeno} Omega Man: Lemme know when you aren't busy
{Xeno} Saavik: rofl hey Randy. wassupÉ
{Xeno} Omega Man: I was wondering if I could have a few minutes of your time?
{Xeno} Saavik: Of course.
{Xeno} Omega Man: Great! Your my next interview.
{Xeno} Saavik: lol... oh lord... are you sure? xD
{Xeno} Omega Man: Yes
{Xeno} Omega Man: Now
{Xeno} Saavik: I promise nothing =P
{Xeno} Omega Man: Great!
{Xeno} Omega Man: Well, folks. I thought it was time to interview another one of the Lady Xeno's. Savvik, How are you today?
{Xeno} Saavik: I'm okay, thanks... And how are you Omega?
{Xeno} Omega Man: I'm good.
{Xeno} Omega Man: Where shall we get started, Austin says I use a script, but I don't it just turns out that way lol.
{Xeno} Omega Man: How do come to our fine clan?
{Xeno} Saavik: That would be Adam's...fault? LoL Naw, had played with the Xenos on the Q server (way back when), and always did enjoy watching the teamwork.
{Xeno} Omega Man: I remember those days, and miss them too. I didn't realize that you were around all that time. Did it take some time for you to consider joining us?
{Xeno} Saavik: Wasn't actually looking for a clan when I started playing TF2. To be fair, wasn't really looking for one when I joined either. Had come from playing an old game on an old-ish laptop, to a brand new desktop and a whole new world of games. Wanted to get away from the clan life - too much politics and crap. But have found it not to be so here.
{Xeno} Omega Man: Yes...well? We did have some drama a year ago, but that has settled down. I remeber too that you were in the same boat as Alaina, lappy hell. xD
{Xeno} Omega Man: Do you mind sharing your first name for those that do not know and your age and location?
{Xeno} Omega Man: yes or no I'm OK with either
{Xeno} Saavik: I'm gonna go no on the name... An air of mystery is always a good thing
{Xeno} Omega Man: Wow Canada, that I did not know. Cold out today?
{Xeno} Saavik: It's a balmy -12 Celcius =) Much better than the -56.1 (with a windchill), near the beginning of December. The only colder place on the planet that day was Siberia >.<!
{Xeno} Omega Man: omg...
{Xeno} Omega Man: I'll finish the personal stuff by asking if your a student, or what you do for a living.
{Xeno} Saavik: I work in banking, for about 3 years now.
{Xeno} Omega Man: Cool.
{Xeno} Saavik: I do indeed. What's to hate about playing with money
{Xeno} Omega Man: Is Canada as messed up as we are atm?
{Xeno} Saavik: No, we managed to come out of that a wee bit more unscathed than you guys did, fortunately.
{Xeno} Omega Man: OK fair enough.
{Xeno} Omega Man: Lets talk a little bit about gaming, How did you get started? Was it consoles, or PC?
{Xeno} Saavik: Consoles, way back when. I don't honestly remember which of the consoles it was - just that the only games we had for it was a Donkey Kong game, and some sort of Cabbage Patch Kids game (it's not as girly as it sounds... you had to jump ponds of alligators that were more than willing to chomp off your legs...) From that, the next "new" console was N64 (Love me some James Bond sniping and Smash Bros), then the PS2, and here we are at the PC =)
{Xeno} Omega Man: Nice! I kinda went that route too.
{Xeno} Omega Man: I want to ask you a question that I regret not asking Kid.
{Xeno} Omega Man: As a female gamer, what is it like playing in a male dominated world? I've always wondered at how finiding out a plyer is female in-game makes the guys act crazy, does it get bothersome?
{Xeno} Saavik: It's definitely amusing. Particularly the "No girls on teh interwebs" and the "You're not a girl, you're just a prepubescent boy!" reactions.
{Xeno} Omega Man: omgroflcopters
{Xeno} Omega Man: I've seen some silly stuff.
{Xeno} Omega Man: OK, what games are you looking forward to playing?
{Xeno} Omega Man: new releases
{Xeno} Saavik: Mmm gimme a sec... need to find the name of it...
{Xeno} Omega Man: OK
{Xeno} Saavik: Rogue Warrior! Sorry it took so long... had to find the name again =P
{Xeno} Saavik: It's very similar to Splinter Cell, from the description, and I do love my Splinter Cell games.
{Xeno} Omega Man: WOW, I loved the first SC, That was the first time I used a sniper rifle in a game and my stomach turned over the way the baddies head fell to the left. It was awesome
{Xeno} Omega Man: Looks very cool, how do you feel about mmorpgs?
{Xeno} Omega Man: I think your were/are a fan of COH/COV right?
{Xeno} Saavik: The only one (close to) I've ever really played was Runescape (lol)... So investing in the STO game would be something completely new, and I haven't quite decided on that one yet.
{Xeno} Saavik: Not quite sure what COV is, but haven't actually played the COH games, so no, not really a fan there..
{Xeno} Omega Man: OK since you brought it up, lets take a min on this one.
{Xeno} Saavik is now playing Team Fortress 2. Click here to join.
{Xeno} Omega Man: STO or Star Trek Online is made by the same people as City of Heroes, City of Villains. It's a subscription game but promises to be the best ST game since Elite Force.
{Xeno} Omega Man: you still with me hun?
{Xeno} Saavik: Of course
{Xeno} Omega Man: KK
{Xeno} Omega Man: Well, lets move on to what kinds of media you enjoy.
{Xeno} Omega Man: What's your favorite kind of music?
{Xeno} Saavik: Don't know that I have one specifically. Just bands - Eagles, Shinedown, Poets of the Fall, Puddle of Mudd, Offspring, Rev Theory, Rise Against, Saving Abel, Seether, Breaking Benjamin, Finger Eleven and Linkin Park... So I suppose more of a Rock-type theme... lol. Whoever catches my fancy, really.
{Xeno} Omega Man: Nickleback?
{Xeno} Saavik: When they first started. Not so much anymore.
{Xeno} Saavik: Saw them live, probably 4 years ago now. Was pretty awesome.
{Xeno} Omega Man: I see, I can't get enough these days.
{Xeno} Omega Man: Lets talk movies Saavikam, Gimme three of your favorites. and the movies I just refenced need not be in the list.
{Xeno} Saavik: Silence of the Lambs, Phonebooth, and Wall-E
{Xeno} Omega Man: Now those are diverse. I thought Phonebooth was excellent...to bad those idiots were shooting people on the east coast when It came out
{Xeno} Omega Man: It hurt the numbers
{Xeno} Omega Man: going to see it
{Xeno} Saavik: Indeed it did. Was unfortunate. Not a fan of Colin Farrell, but I do like
Kiefer Sutherland's voice... ^_^
{Xeno} Omega Man: Gawd my wife loves Southerland :/
{Xeno} Omega Man: Tell me, is there an obscure title you think our members would enjoy?
{Xeno} Saavik: If you really enjoy B list movies at all (and don't mind messy movies), Dead Alive (I believe is the title...) Will confirm that one for you.
{Xeno} Omega Man: Sounds good to me, love that type of flick
{Xeno} Omega Man: Well it's time to wrap this interwiew up.
{Xeno} Omega Man: Is there anything you would like to say...the floor is yours my dear.
{Xeno} Saavik: Erm... I got nothin', sorry xD
{Xeno} Omega Man: LULZ, that's OK.
{Xeno} Omega Man: I have one more question that I feel compelled to ask all.
{Xeno} Omega Man: Have you ever played TF2 naked?
{Xeno} Omega Man: an answer is mandatory
{Xeno} Omega Man: You can do it
{Xeno} Saavik: LoL
{Xeno} Saavik: I doubt so, by your definition of the word. It's safer with clothes on
{Xeno} Omega Man: Great! Thank you very much for taking the time to do this interview.
{Xeno} Saavik: Anytime, Randy. I think this is the most we've ever talked xD
{Xeno} Omega Man: It is, but it's the quality, not teh quantity.
{Xeno} Saavik: Agreed =)
{Xeno} Omega Man: KK thanks Saavikam
{Xeno} Saavik: Anytime, Omegakam
~O~
